About the Program
Simon House is one of the highest performing addiction treatment programs in North America. Phase One consists of a seven week program where intensive individual and group sessions are delivered in concert with a personally designed recovery program. Each plan will foster empowerment and an abstinence life style.
Upon completion of Phase One, our clients have the option to access our Phase Two and Phase Three which provides ongoing support into transitional housing and independent living. Simon House is the recipient of the 2007 William H Donner Award for Excellence in the Delivery of Social Services, the 2007 Donner Canadian Foundation Awards for Excellence in the Treatment and Prevention of Substance Abuse, and the 2007 Peter F. Drucker Award for Non-Profit Management. The Donner Award is the highest and largest award achievable in Canada for addiction treatment.
